Has anyone tried Trumpette socks and why are they so expensive?

I went to a Mom2Mom vending machines and got a box of socks trumpet for $ 8. I thought they were cute but expensive for a few pairs of baby socks. I went on their website and asks $ 25 for socks to ... OMG really for 3 pairs of socks.

Like the two other words, its validity, because they are cute. Nothing special about them, they do not stay miraculously on the baby's feet and are always susceptible to being eaten by the sock Miscreation in the washer.
